DESCRIPTION OF ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Borough of Macungie Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial body comprised of three (3) members, all of whom are appointed by Borough Council and must be residents of Macungie Borough. Each Zoning Board member is compensated $15 per appeal for their services.
The Zoning Hearing Board meets to conduct public hearings on submitted applications on the second (2nd) Wednesday of every month at 7:30 P.M. in Borough Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 21 Locust Street, Macungie, PA.
Board members are encouraged to attend education and training seminars.
