COUNCIL COMPLAINT POLICY, PROCEDURE AND FORMS
The Borough strives to maintain quality services and enhanced relationships between Council Members, the Mayor, Borough employees, appointed officials, and its citizens.
 
It is the policy of the Borough to accept, investigate, and resolve citizen complaints. When appropriate, effective action will be taken to address and correct the complaint.
Council's Policy establishes the procedure used to investigate complaints against Council Members, the Mayor, Borough employees, and appointed officials.
